What are the evaluation criteria for Best Video, Best Suggestion, and Best Photo?

NOTE: ARORY OPTICS official team carefully selects reviews from our products on Amazon based on video and photo quality, and whether the content is REAL, OBJECTIVE, and CONVINCING. The review’s tone — whether positive or negative — does NOT affect the selection.

How often are these awards held?

Awards are held on an irregular basis. If the reviews from the previous month don’t meet our quality standards, we will delay the awards until the following month. However, if the reviews are particularly in-depth, insightful, and valuable (for example, high-quality videos or photos with thoughtful comments), we may increase the prize amounts depending on the quality of the reviews.

How to participate in the event? How do I know if I've won, and how can I claim my prize?

Eligibility: You must have left a VERIFIED, AUTHENTIC and OBJECTIVE review on ARORY product’s Amazon detail page, such as: (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CP961982).

How To Participate: Visit the "EVENTS" page and click "Claim Prize" to submit the required information, including email address for notification and a screenshot as proof.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be posted on our official website and Facebook page at the end of each event. A notification email will also be sent to winners.

Prize Claim: We will contact winners via email to arrange payment details.

How long does it take to receive the prize, and how is it delivered?

You can choose one of two prize delivery methods, each with different processing times. We will cover any transaction fees associated with the payment, ensuring you receive the full agreed amount.

Recommended Option: 

  ⭐PayPal: JUST provide your PayPal account (Email Address), the prize will be transferred to your account instantly  after we process it.

Alternative Option:

  Bank Account: Provide your DETAILED Bank Account information, the prize will be transferred to your account within 1-3 business days after we process it.

Note: All information provided must be ACCURATE and VALID. If any incorrect details lead to the funds being transferred to the wrong account, ARORY will NOT be responsible for the resulting consequences.

Can one person win multiple awards?

Yes, it’s possible. If your review stands out for its video quality, photo quality, and insightful content, you could theoretically win all three awards (Best Video, Best Suggestion, and Best Photo), totaling at least $800 in prize money. However, all reviews must be real, objective, and convincing to be eligible.

Verification of Personal Information for Winning Reviewers:

• You must provide a SCREENSHOT of your review showing the EDIT and DELETE OPTIONS (this will help us VERIFY that you are the author of the winning review).
• You must also provide the ORDER NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THE REVIEW. This helps CONFIRM that the product was purchased through our official channel and is authentic.

Note: Mobile or web screenshots are both acceptable, but they must be accurate and valid. Providing false information will result in being permanently blacklisted and disqualified from future events.
